Saint-Martin is celebrating Europe

Site and company visits, exhibitions, zumba performed with European colors, these are the main actions that will be implemented by the prefecture in partnership with the Saint-Martin Collectivité starting on Thursday. They are part of the Beautiful Month of Europe project (in French “Joli Mois de l’Europe”), a national program that will be relayed in all the regions and which aims to promote European action in the social and economic development of the territories.

In concrete terms, an open house of the port, the Cul-de-sac ecosite, the Corail Helicopter company at the Grand Case airport, and the Inform-Ip beauty salon will be organized until the end of this month. In addition, a European walk-rally will take place on Sunday May 29 with the Greta.

An exhibition for discovering and better understanding Europe will be held during May 12 - 31. It will be organized at several sites: the Collectivité hall, the media library, and the tourist office.

Finally, the two Zumba sessions in May will be performed with the European colors also; a t-shirt will be offered to participants on Friday May 13 in Marigot and Friday May 20 in Grand Case.

The visit of the beauty school will take place this Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm.
