2027 Election Schedule in Saint Martin

Next year, the residents of Saint Martin will go to the polls on two occasions: the territorial elections and the presidential election.
The first round of the local elections will take place on Sunday, March 14, and the second round on the following Sunday, March 21. Polling places will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. This election will determine the 23 members of the territorial council.
The presidential election will take place in the French West Indies on Saturday, April 17, and Saturday, May 1—the day before the first and second rounds in mainland France—to account for the time difference.
To vote, citizens must be registered on the voter rolls of Saint Martin. This registration must be completed through the Collectivité. As a reminder, French citizens over the age of 18 who reside in the territory are eligible to vote. For territorial elections, European Union nationals residing in the French part of the territory may also vote, provided they are registered on the supplementary voter roll.
