Two Containers on Friar’s Bay Beach
A few days ago, two containers were laid on Friar's Bay Beach, on a recently poured slab of concrete.
According to our sources, the land is privately owned which allows its owner to use it as they want.
However, they must comply with town planning regulations either by making a prior declaration, or by requesting a building permit if they intend to construct a permanent structure using the containers (storage, shop or other).
