Quatre individus toujours recherchés par St Maarten et Interpol

Après l’arrestation de Cuchi, quatre hommes figurent encore sur la liste des « wanted persons » de l’organisation internationale de police à St Maarten.

Cuchi arrêté à St Kitts le 29 juillet dernier, était l’une des personnes recherchées par Sint Maarten et pour lesquelles un mandat d’arrêt international avait été lancé par Interpol en avril 2016.

Interpol est l’organisation de police la plus importante au monde avec 190 pays membres. Son but est faciliter la coopération policière internationale même s’il n’existe aucune relation diplomatique entre les pays concernés.

Aujourd’hui quatre individus figurent encore dans la liste des personnes recherchées par les autorités judiciaires de Sint Maarten et Interpol. Il s’agit de :

- Jameson Saint Cyr, 31 ans, né à Saint-Martin. Il est accusé d’homicide involontaire.

- Diomedez Bobadilla Suarez, 41 ans, né en République dominicaine et de nationalité américaine. Il est accusé de meurtre et de détention illégale d’arme à feu.

- Sobiesky Parrondo, 29 ans, né en République dominicaine. Il a la double nationalité française et dominicaine. Il est accusé de meurtre et d’avoir violé les déclarations fédérales américaines des armes à feu de 1930 et des drogues de 1960.

- Emmanuel Santos Rosario, 34 ans, né à Puerto Rico. Il a la double nationalité américaine et dominicaine. Il est accusé de meurtre.

Interpol dispose aussi une liste de personnes disparues mais aucun nom local n’y figure. Dans la Caraïbe, une seule personne disparue est recherchée par Interpol. Il s’agit de Keriann Joshua, né en 1988 à Antigua. Il a disparu le 18 février 2013 à Antigua.

Aug. 4, 2017: As Caribbean countries across the region continue to battle rising violent crimes, a News Americas Now analysis of Interpol’s most wanted criminals from the region shows that some 44 Caribbean nationals currently wanted for murder are on the lam. The majority are from Jamaica, which has had one of the highest murder rates in the world for many years, according to United Nations estimates.
Jamaica
Currently, Jamaica has 35 wanted murderers on the latest Interpol list of most wanted. They include Rohan Nelson, 37, and Shenardo Kiffin, 31, who are both wanted for two counts of murder.
The others wanted for murder are: Morris Anthony Lee, 58; Kemar Graham, 35; Damion Simpson, 37; Davion Baker, 27; Dwayne Ellis, 27; Lester Gordon, 65; Odeen Mcgregor, 31; Dwayne Bailey, 30; Ainsworth Smith, 41; Marlon Perry, 40; Nigel Omar Abdullah, 39; Alphanso Derrick Nelson, 27; Teran Bryan, 27; Shanrick Shavaughn Nugent, 23; Kemar Ruddock, 26, Paul Casanova, 41; Randy Rodman, 31; O’Neil Ferguson, 34; Marlon Omar Mcmillan, 31; David Stewart, 41; Jermaine Gordon, 36; Damian Williams, 35; Patrick Kay, 26; Dion Chambers, 50; Gregory Lester Anthony Anderson, 36; Javier Adane Lewis, 22; Ricardo Eshaka Powell, 26; Dwayne Alouisus Thomas, 34; Ayele Logan Russell, 21; Oshane Thompson, 24 and Oral Dwayne Nelson, 29.
Mwando Lloyd Pryce, 30, is wanted for attempted murder, wounding with intent and robbery.
Sint Maarten
The Dutch Caribbean island of Sint Maarten has five wanted murders on its Interpol list. They include French St. Martin national Jameson Saint Cyr, 20, who is wanted for murder/manslaughter along with four Caribbean nationals living in Sint Maarten. They are Grenada national Kathron Fortune and Diomedez Bobadilla Suarez, 40 and Sobiesky Manuel Parrondo, 29, and Emanuel Santos Rosario, 40, all of the Dominican Republic.
Suriname
Suriname has two wanted murders listed with Interpol. They are Surinamese born Ricardo Rinaldo Oeloe, 36, who is wanted for aggravated theft, armed robbery and injury causing death/manslaughter/murder and Brazil national Ferreira Manoel Moura, 30, who is wanted for murder.
Belize And The Dominican Republic
Belize and the Dominican Republic are the only other Caribbean nations with murderers listed with Interpol. They both have one each.
Belize authorities are seeking information and the arrest of 28-year-old Hovard Felipe Martinez, who is wanted for murder while Dominican Republic want to arrest Yovanis Francisco Tavarez Perez, 43, who is wanted for attempted murder.
